I’m Reggie and I’m the founder of REGFIT Personal Training, and I’m passionate about helping people get stronger — physically and mentally. I believe fitness should be challenging, motivating, and built around your real life… not the other way around. My goal is simple: help you become stronger than yesterday, one session at a time.
When I’m not training clients, I’m probably cheering on Boston sports like it’s game seven, debating the best anime arcs, grinding through a video game storyline, or performing in community theatre. And when I need to recharge? You’ll find me at the beach.
I bring energy, personality, and real commitment to every workout. Training with me isn’t just about reps and sets — it’s about building strength, confidence, and having a little fun along the way.
